Renee earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Oakland University in 1994 and her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Wayne State University in 2001. She is a board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner through the American Credentialing Center (ANCC). Renee has been caring for patients at Alliance North Oakland (formerly North Oakland internists) since 2001. Renee has additional clinical experience having worked with the neurosurgery team at Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak Michigan, as well as the neurology team at Henry Ford Hospital in West Bloomfield. She went on to complete her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree at Oakland University in 2014.

In addition to her clinical practice, Reenee has also been an educator of nurse practitioner students and traditional nursing students at Oakland University from 2011 – 2024. She is an active member of the Gerontological Advanced Practice Nurses Association.

Renee provides care for patients ages 18 and older, with a special focus on the care of older adults. Her clinical interests include women’s health, health promotion and the management of both acute and chronic health conditions.
